If you follow the trail, the ultimate, unknown source of that $6,000 figure is an article referenced by Mike Shedlock in a blog post of his, talking about *only the month of May in the year 2009.* Current Detroit median is just under $70k for 4th quarter 2011.Whoa, that’s a huge discrepancy!! thanks for the heads up!!
